Big O is a professional guy. I brought my Honda Odessey '07 with AC problem. He made it fixed in a timely fashion.
Great and fast service with our transmission problems. I have had two transmissions repaired there now. Both times I was informed about what was wrong, how long it would take and the cost. "Big O" kept me updated with their progress with the repairs. He also checked to see if everything was still working good with the transmission a couple weeks after repairs was completed.
I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed!

First came to this location 2 and a half years ago when I needed a new transmission. The customer service here is wonderful. Big O is honest, friendly, and patient. Never had a problem out of these guys and I totally trust their work.
I just recently purchased a vehicle and wanted to make sure all critical fluids were changed for a baseline reset. The cost and time of doing this myself compared to the time and quality received make it a no-brainer to return for future maintenance. Thanks to Big-O and Mike for taking the time to show old fluid conditions and discuss all options. I appreciate the obvious technical ability along with exceptional customer service and communication. I don't mind driving 50 miles for service when this is the result. Thanks again!!!

This Aamco is a truck saver. We had our diesel f350 super duty at another shop for transmission repairs. They took the transmission out 5 times and tried to fix the problem. They could not fix the problem. Took it to the Missouri City Aamco with Big O's determination and the skills of his crew, they were able to fix our Truck and get it back to a great truck again. It shifts better than it did when we bought it. I will recommend Big O and his crew to anyone needing transmissi9n work. Thank you Big O for keeping us informed of all progress and for fixing our Truck.

This place has excellent customer service , they listened to the problem I was having with my truck , and instead of shoving a new transmission on me, they actually tested and my vehicle and observed that i just had a transmission leaked that was the cause for my hard shifting and check engine light being on . And observed another problem with my truck that I would not have known about . I’m am pleased to say the price was very reasonable and my truck works well . #tundrastillrolling

I got great service. The computer said it would take about2 hours to replace my headlight as part would need to be taken off to get to it. However when I brought it in, the owner was so helpful and honest and said he was able to do it without removing anything. So, I got out much cheaper and quicker. He was very friendly, too,
10/10 Service here at AAMCO IN Missouri City. Ask for Big O ! He is a great help and fair as it gets! Will definitely be coming back for my next servicing .
Wow! The service provided here was extraordinary! Big O was so professional, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. The team working on my car went above and beyond and I am so grateful. I will definitely come here again, hopefully won’t need it but realistically will need to at some point.
